These terms apply to purchases made through Fandangle Studio.

Products

Each Fandangle piece is individually made or hand-finished. Natural variation in fabric, pattern placement, texture, colour and finish forms part of the character of the piece.

Product imagery is intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping

Shipping to a UK address is free of charge.

For international delivery, please get in touch before ordering so that shipping options and costs can be confirmed.

Bespoke and Commissioned Pieces

Bespoke commissions are discussed individually. Once the design, specification and cost have been agreed, payment terms and timings will be confirmed before work begins.

Because bespoke and commissioned pieces are made to an agreed specification, they cannot usually be cancelled or returned once work has begun, unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Cancellations

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Ready-to-purchase pieces may be returned in line with your statutory rights, provided they are returned safely and in their original condition.

You are responsible for return delivery costs unless your piece arrives damaged or faulty.

Bespoke, commissioned or clearly personalised items cannot usually be returned or cancelled once work has begun, unless faulty or not as described.

Please inspect your piece on delivery and contact us promptly if anything arrives damaged or faulty.
